Strategic Business Startup and Change Management Consulting
Through a structured process, we provide in-person and/or phone consultations with current and prospective small business owners regarding technology options available in their business and geographic markets. The goal is to assist the business owner in making sound technology decisions in order to assemble a technology infrastructure that will be a foundation for growth and continued cost-effectiveness. We are able to provide this expertise to literally any business in the Continental United States. The fee for this service is $135 per hour, with an initial consultation being approximately one-and-one-half to two hours in duration
Managed Services, Monitoring and Anti-Spam
We assist businesses in moving to a stable, reliable and supportable platform in order to provide proactive monitoring, maintenance and support. The goal is to provide maximum levels of availability and reliability, reduce unplanned downtime and emergencies and the inflated costs in recovery and labor associated with them, through scheduled preventative maintenance, monitoring of key network devices, and network-wide anti-virus and anti-spam. By providing a combination of remote and on-site administration and support, combined with monitoring. While unforseen issues may still occur, the mean time to recovery, and labor cost and much of the troubleshooting time is vastly decreased. Managed Services clients also receive preferential response time.

Project-based Services
Project based services involve the development, management and deployment of a technology solution. Projects are time-limited, task and goal oriented. Projects typically involve working with other vendors as a "client advocate" to ensure the client's environment is adequately protected and supported. Examples of projects include: new server implementation, server operating system major upgrade, client/server line of business (LOB) application upgrade, or installation of a new anti-virus/anti-spam/firewall device and associated network reconfiguration.
On-Demand Computer and Network Support
Many of our Managed Services and Monitoring customers came to us through our on-demand support work. We have expertise in the areas of Wide and Local Area Networking (WAN and LAN), server and workstation troubleshooting, disaster recovery and business continuity planning, and security breach remediation. Due to the urgency of these types of calls and the additional overhead in juggling schedules, this type of work is priced more aggressively than our managed services or project-based work.
